am not arguing the original person posting was given the wrong response to his question that was what I was replying to.I was in Thailand from early December 2021 till early Jan 2022 ,so have been through the mill BEFORE even the current rules came in .The new ones currently proposed for March 1 are nearly the same

if you apply for Thai pass after start date of new rules you will be fine as I said

you have to use old rules unless you make your application after the start date of new rules .Any application currently in system is under the old rules

You will have to do the 5th day unless you APPLY after the new start date is approved. The new rules apply if you submit Thai Pass application after the approved start date.This is always the case when rules change.
