The follow consulates are still walk up consulates (they will not be changing to eVisa at this time) BUT you need to book an appt online to get in the gate

A single entry Non-B is valid for 3 months, when you enter the country, you are stamped in for 90 days. You must have entered Thailand on the day of issue of the visa?

yes, you can buy as many single entry re-entry permits as you like. Or a multiple entry for 3800 baht
