If she wants to leave, she needs a re-entry permit, you can get at immigration or the international airport. 1000 baht for single, 3800 baht for multi.

A single entry Non-O (no insurance needed) will give 90 days, you can then get a 60 day 'visit wife' extension. That gives you 150 days.

You have the correct amount of days for an initial non-imm entry the 're' means re-entry They have stamped you in for the correct amount of time, but for the wrong reason. I would still go back to the airport to get it corrected to stop any problems when and if they come to extend.
