Hi All, I'm on a Non O Retirement visa extension out of Chiang Mai. I'm thinking of moving to Pattaya. Can I do my next annual extension down there, or do I have to start afresh with a totally new Visa from there?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can complete your annual extension for a Non O Retirement visa in Pattaya after moving from Chiang Mai. While initially, the first extension must be from the same immigration office that issued your Non O visa, subsequent extensions can be filed at a different location. Just ensure to file a new TM30 form upon your move.

What? You implied that he had to get his first extension at the office where he got the Non-O (though he never said he got an in country Non-O), I said, he can get the extension anywhere. You contradict yourself with your second post.
