I did not enrolled. It's what the Issa agent told me and what their package offer. I suggest you plan a call with them, it's free and they will explain. They also told me you don't have to attend the class.

DTV is much cheaper and convenient than ED visa. Enroll for cooking class, just had a meeting with an agent. 36k all included and you are good for 5 years. It will be more than that for ED visa and more things to do.
