What should I do if the Thai immigration requests additional documents for my visa application?

Hey everyone! I’ve been waiting for my visa for over a month now, and today I got the request in the photo asking for additional documents. Has anyone here dealt with this before and knows exactly what they mean?

In my original application I already submitted an official letter from my accountant describing my business and income, with his original signature. Any tips or advice would be super helpful 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice after receiving a request for additional documents concerning their visa application, which has already been pending for over a month. They previously submitted a letter from their accountant detailing their business and income. Comments from the community suggest that the authorities are likely asking for a certified version of the letter and possibly require verification of the accountant's credentials. Other advice includes ensuring the correct submission format and providing a tax return.

How exactly did you upload the letter, was it a scan, a picture, a screenshot? What language was it? I think they want the accountants certification / license to know that they're a real accountant.
