Another follow up! Thank you for your help.

A question regarding non-Im O visa application.

I know that it requires a TM30 from the landlord. I have a contract between Appartement agency, me and the landlord. But I cannot contact my landlord directly.

The agency does only oniline TM30 reporting and offers me a screenshot as evidence for immigration.

Does anyone has any experience of using a screenshot of completed and approved TM30 when apply for a visa extension?

Thank you.

Trying to figure out what visa I need to get. Please advise....

I'm accompanying my 16 yo daughter to Thailand for 90 days. She will have a non imm b visa for working. We hope to stay an additional 8 days after her work is done to travel. I "think" her work visa can be extended without issue?. But I'm the issue with my Visa.

One embassy said I should get non imm O because I'm her chaperone but when I look at what that Visa says it's about it doesn't say anything about what I needed for but I like that it is for 90 days and I'm assuming can be extended if my daughter needs to stay longer. Can I then extend this so we can travel?

The TR Visa is good for 60 days plus 30. But then do I have to leave or can it be extended again? This would be my easiest option if it can extend again.

The STV seems like it might work but asks for so much stuff and I really only want 8 more days not 180 so might be overkill in work getting it.

Any thoughts, the embassy gives me different answers depending on what day it is so I'm unclear. Thank you!

Penang Report

I am in Penang to get a single entry Non-Im O based on retirement. I brought photocopies of

a) my bank book with 925,000 baht in it (they asked to see the actual bank book and fortunately I had it with me). My copies were 4 days old and that was no problem. most of the money in that account has only been in it for a few days - no problem;

b) photocopy of rental agreement

c) the usual passport photocopies (photo page and visa page)

But they also required a photocopy of my landlord's ID card, which I didn't have, so I was turned away. I went back the next day and I got through.

There is also a space for your Thai guarantor - I just used my landlord.

Agents: That guy Jim Tachinamurthy was abrupt and mostly unresponsive by FB messenger and gave me outdated info. Banana never bothered to answer my email.

So I did it myself.
