Picked  up a Non-O visa in Penang today. In addition to a rental agreement (housing) the agent asked for a photo copy of the landlords ID card signed. In and out in ten minutes. Picked up the stamped passport after 2:00 the following day.   Thanks to Tod for having all of the necessary docs available to easily download.

I meant what reason did you get the Non-O visa; marriage to a thai, raising children etc.

i was more interested if you got a year-long, multi-entry Non-O or a just a 90 day single entry and whether you showed proof of financials, marriage certificates etc.

I had the doc he wanted Tod. Just her ID card both sides And she had signed it (like we all have to do when banking)
