What is the process to obtain a Non-O visa based on marriage to a foreign worker in Hanoi?
Visa non o in hanoi. Just a quick update to let you know it is still possible to get non o Visa based on marriage to foreign worker in Hanoi. The embassy is empty so it takes 10 minutes to deposit your application. I gave husband work permit, Visa, marriage certificate and a scan of invitation letter, they also asked my bank account (which I had a copy of). All good. Visa was ready on the following day between 4 and 5pm.
