Another follow up! Thank you for your help. 

A question regarding non-Im O visa application. 

I know that it requires a TM30 from the landlord. I have a contract between Appartement agency, me and the landlord. But I cannot contact my landlord directly. 

The agency does only oniline TM30 reporting and offers me a screenshot as evidence for immigration. 

Does anyone has any experience of using a screenshot of completed and approved TM30 when apply for a visa extension?

the print screen will do, these are the three examples Immigration allows.

There is no requirement that the landlord needs to fill in a form personally.
