When doing a border run, and still having a valid Non O (Marriage) visa, what do say to immigration at the airport?
I need to start fresh due to a visa agent doing unscrupulous things for my last Non O and need to just come back to Thailand with the visa waiver. I am Australian so this is what I want to do to recommence my time in Thailand and apply for a Non O marriage visa myself without an agent.
So what do I say when I exit and re enter Thailand?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To do a border run with a valid Non O (Marriage) visa, you don't need to say anything specifically to immigration when exiting Thailand. If you do not have a re-entry permit in your passport, simply leave and allow your existing visa stamp to be voided. Upon returning, you'll be stamped in as visa-exempt. If asked, you can confirm that you're aware you're losing your previous visa stamp.

As long as you don't have a re-entry permit in your passport already, you don't need to say anything. Just leave and let your existing stamp be voided by doing so. When you return they'll stamp you in visa exempt.
They might ask you if you're sure you want to lose your existing stamp but you can just say yes, you know already.
If you do have a re-entry permit, I'm not sure how to handle that.
