Just got my 1 year non immigrant- O, multiple entry, based on marriage to a Thai national at the thai embassy in Berlin, Germany . Easy process, no financials required. Only needed a copy of the marriage certificate and of wife's passport. 3 days processing though.

that's right. Their consulate in Frankfurt wants proof of income

So after 15 months mate go to savannaket in Laos to get a New one. Same there really easy with no financial showing
