Hello!

I'm getting married next week to my fiance (Italian), I have the Romanian nationality, I want to apply for Visa-O, I want to know the price & the duration will it take, since by the end of this month Visas expire.

Also if I apply for 1 year multi entry, can I do it directly? Or after 90 days?

Thank you ๐Ÿ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information regarding the application process for a Non-O visa following their upcoming marriage, specifically concerning the required duration, price, and whether they can apply for a one-year multi-entry visa directly after marriage or if they need to wait 90 days. Comments suggest that obtaining a Non-O visa based on marriage to a foreigner may not be possible unless the spouse has a work permit in Thailand, and emphasize the requirement of having a valid stamp before applying for the visa.

In order to apply for a 90 day in country 90 day Non-O visa based on being married to someone who is on a long term extension for working here depending on the immigration office you need between 15 and 21 days left on your current stamp.

Seeing as you went on amnesty you have NO current stamp so can't apply at this time .

You cannot get a Non-O visa based on marriage to another foreigner here unless that foreigner legally works here.

You also cannot apply for a 90 day Non-O visa from amnesty at any immigration office that I know of. You need REAL hard stamp days left on your stamp here to do that..

IF you are on amnesty
@Sop****
you can't apply for an in country 90 day Non-O visa <- that's what you would get FIRST, and then get a year extension matching your husbands.
