Can a pensioneer married to a same-sex partner apply for a Non-O visa for both as spouses in Thailand?
I wonder if i as pensioneer and married to a man can apply for an O visa for me and him as “spouse”….. ???

Thailand does not recognise same sex marriage (for now at least) so you would each have to get your own visas. Your partner could not get a Non-O for retirement either as he is not 50. So tourist visa is his option unless he wants to look at elite or LTR visas which are not cheap
