Dear all. Advice needed and sorry for long post.

I arrived Thailand 5 Nov with Non Immigrant O-A visa for the first time ( TR always before)and because I didn't know/realize that I should have had insurance for the whole year I now have Visa until 15 June 2021. Any advice on this, would buying more months help to get the whole year?

Yes, did my quarantine and...

As I do not have a permanent residence here(stay in hotels and travelling in many provinces) I now need info when and where I should do my 90 day reporting.

I asked one agent here in Phuket and they told me mid January and then register my current hotel. Should I then later always report this immigration office ( Patong) or can I do it any other province?

Would it be wise to ask the legal advice or any help here?

Appreciating any info!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice regarding their Non Immigrant O-A visa, particularly about health insurance for visa extension and the procedure for 90-day reporting. They arrived in Thailand on November 5 and need to understand their insurance obligations, as well as where and when to report to immigration for their first 90-day documentation. Commenters have provided information on the insurance requirements needed for a year extension and clarified the timing and procedure for the 90-day report.

Your FIRST 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamped in to the country (you do the math). So when it comes due, make sure where ever you're staying has you registered in the online registration system that hotels use, and then go to the immigration office in the area where you're staying and file a 90 day report.

In order to get a year extension on that O-A entry stamp you got (which was issued only until your current insurance expires) you'll need to get the 40K/400K minimum required health insurance from one of the 15 thai insurance companies on this list.

remember you're also going to need to meet the financial requirements INSIDE the country by banking 800K baht in a thai bank account in your name for 2 months before you apply for the new extension. SO that means if you're stamped in until June 15th you need to have the money in the bank beginning of April.

, depending on your nationality you might be able to get your embassy here to issue an "income from abroad notary letter (the US, UK and Australian embassies do NOT issue it) but some other consulates will.

you wouldn't need to bank money here if your consulate will provide that notary letter stating you get a minimum of 65K baht a month in income from your country.
