UK citizen applied for a Non Immigrant O-A Visa online Saturday

(hopefully correctly 🤞)I will be sending my passport and the bar coded information the Thailand Embassy require by Special Delivery post tomorrow (Tuesday) as I couldn’t get to the Post Office today.

Can someone from the UK please guide me on the following what the process is 🙏

The bar coded paperwork?

Do I need to sign it?

The other area for a signature, do I need someone else to sign or leave blank?

What else do I need to place in the envelope?
