yes but you must show reservation from asq ended to your flight ticked back. Just reservation no need to pay. Book and cancel

you can download the app called AOT airports if you click through things on there it’s there. It’s the immigration form simple to do

You hand the declaration form in at the airport both in your country of departure and in Thailand but you don’t need them to be uploaded for either visa or for CoE

You don't have to anymore. It was required earlier when they started letting people apply for visa's again but no need to upload anymore. Fill it out just in case any officials asks for it. But when I arrived 12 days ago no one asked to see it.

I think you have to make a request to the Thai embassy and they will send you PDF documents that are needed
