What are the best practices for submitting Hotel and Health Insurance Attachments for SandBox in Thailand?
Hi! Anyone trying to submit SandBox and having problems with the Hotel and Health Insurance Attachments ? Mine documents just disappear everytime that I click to submit.

Best to submit as jpegs and keep below 500mb. Only things I can think of!

Thank you! I did like this. It shows attached, until I click to submit. And then, after the submission it just desapear and seems to be “no uploaded”.Liz ********
