TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing an issue while applying for a 60-day single entry visa online, specifically with the drop-down menu for city selection that does not include Pattaya. The comments suggest that users might need to select 'Chonburi' as an alternative, since Pattaya is a city within Chonburi Province.
