Regarding extension of the 45 day passport stamp on arrival for USA citizens:

When applying at IT Square, Lak Si for the one-time, 30 day extension of stay, is the TM30 form 100% required?

Any comments regarding this would be appreciated.

I have left comments OPEN Just in case we have a member who has been at the IT Square Laksi Immigration office for their 30 day extension of stay... And was not asked for the TM30. It's a mixed bag of signals... BUT if you do know that your TM30 is filed... NO problem then for you.

Suggest you read this post of today... this member he had the TM 30 with them that they got from a screenshot of the TM30 by their hotel.

These are the common found requirements for the 30 days extension of stay at Thai Immigration office ...

Many Thai Immigration offices require a TM30 on file with them.

Be prepared to show PROOF of the TM30 filing IF you have not had it already filed.
