I understand why. The SMART visa is managed by the BOI, while tourist and volunteer visas are managed by immigration (basically). You'll have to cancel your existing extension of stay at the BOI immigration office, and then go to the regular immigration office and get the other visa. Yuzni ********

What's your next plan? If you just want to stay here for a few more months, get an 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19. It's 1,900 THB
