Asking for some advice,
I'm want to renew my 5 year Thai driver license for another 5 years. I was told By a visa agent here in Pattaya, I would need a one year non immigrant O, or I can do it with a 90 day education visa!
I never heard of a ninty day education visa!
Anyone now about to his?
TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your Thai driver license for another five years, you typically need a valid visa, such as a one-year Non-Immigrant O visa or a Non-Immigrant ED visa (education visa), which can be obtained for studying at a language school. When renewing, ensure you have a certificate of residency, a medical certificate, and your passport with copies. It is advisable to verify the requirements with local authorities rather than solely relying on visa agents, who may provide misleading information.
