I'm absolutely fed up with this Visa application.

Every single time I sign in all the information is wrong again.

Passport expiration date says 1933 it should be 2033

Place of birth obviously I put Canada but it keeps coming back to USA.

When I upload my passport photo, the 4x6, it's not centered, will this be rejected cuz it's not centered?

Answer summary

The user is experiencing technical issues with their Thai visa application, including incorrect personal information and concerns about their passport photo. Several commenters suggest submitting the application through a laptop as opposed to a phone, as it's more reliable. They also mention that similar issues have resolved in their favor despite the problems, and stress the importance of ensuring that all data matches the passport before submission.

I had no luck with my phone or tablet. Finally did it on my desktop with no issues. Probably work on a laptop 🤷

If you’re Canadian, I assume you’re applying at the Vancouver consulate? Or the Toronto embassy? My wife and I had zero issues, they even called us twice and helped us, the consulate in Vancouver was wonderful.

I might be old-fashioned, but visa applications are a laptop job, not a phone job

This is the email I just got back from Hanoi embassy. "Dear Applicant,

All information on the application needs to match with your biodata page of passport. You are able to fix the information after scanning your passport but make sure to check all again before submit and pay for your application because after submitting, information cannot be changed.
