There is a rule that we need to register our tenant to immigration during 24h of their arrival other wise you need to pay fine 1600 baht. Then if your tenant travel out of Thailand, you need to re-register them again.

Any one heard about this rule?

My tenant arrive on 02/01 and I did not register them yet. So headache!!!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, landlords must register their tenants with immigration within 24 hours of their arrival to avoid facing a fine of 1600 baht. If a tenant leaves Thailand and returns, they must be re-registered again.
