Will I receive a receipt when my landlord registers my address for immigration purposes in Thailand?

Hi! Silly question - when your landlord registers your address online will there be a receipt of notification that needs to be printed out just like the one immigration gives us? I tried asking my landlord to print one but it seems lost in translation. Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
When a landlord registers a foreign tenant's address through the online TM30 system in Thailand, there typically isn't a formal receipt like the one issued by immigration. Some landlords might be able to provide documentation directly from the system, but others may not be willing to do so. In this case, tenants can use screenshots as proof of registration, which immigration offices have reportedly accepted.

Thanks for the help everyone! I can't print it out myself as the landlord will not give away the password. I took the screenshot he sent me down to Phuket immigration and they were happy to accept.

Hit right click on system and print. Simple as that. I do online TM.30 registration all the time.

There is NO print function on the online TM.30 program. All you can do is a screenshot & print and use that.

Ok because the landlord told me he can't do it and I have been living here for over a year. I need to do 90 days on Thursday and I don't have any proof now except screenshots to show that he has done it.๐Ÿ˜ณ

so when the tenant goes to the immigration for extension or any other purposes, does the immigration prints out that another small paper and sticks it back of the passport?

Well I will print out every single screenshot I have and hopefully Phuket immigration accepts it. They are super strict now days. Thanks though!

had that before had to go to immigration with a landlord, she refused to pay a fine for missing tm30 or whatever it is, even thought it's landlords responsibility to do that. So I had to pay 1600 fine. Left the next month. Mind you that was a year ago.

I'm doing TM30 online as well and a screenshot is fine..

Yeah they should be able to print it out from the system. That is if they're registered with immigration. Usually no problems in condos, landlords lending a house or 2 may not give a toss.

Screen shot helps them match the data. Worked for me at CM for an extension to exempt 30 day. So it might be OK for other purposes.

there is no print function on the online TM.30 program :/
