Can I fix the wrong check-out date submitted in a TM30 report?
Question about TM30 report.
I entered the wrong check-out date for my tenant.
Is it possible to fix this because the information has been submitted last night?
Anybody knows?

Answer summary
The TM30 report allows for corrections by submitting a new form, which replaces the previous one. The check-out date may not hold significant importance.

You can just file a new TM30. Each one replaces the previous one. Though I don't think the checkout date actually means anything.
