If l get the 90 day retirement O visa in UK, use it to open bank account but don’t apply for one year extension and leave before 90 days. Can one do that and is it acceptable to immigration?

TM30 questions (re: 90 day Non-O and 1yr extensions)
1/ If you have a 2 week hotel stay in Pattaya during your initial 90 day, but go to Bangkok for 2 days (hotel stay), do you need to ask your Pattaya hotel to resubmit the TM30 when you return? Will they?
2/ Similar - with a 1yr condo lease and any side trips away from Pattaya. The hotel stay creates a TM30 report so does a fresh TM30 report need to be submitted on return? Can this be done using the online system?
Who has used the Washington D.C. embassy to apply for a 90-day Non-O in the last six months? Did the requirements include statements showing a $25k balance in your US bank account for the last 3 months?
I'm using a credit union account I've had for years when I apply for a 90-day Non-O. I was planning to ditch the CU for Schwab after I get approved and have all my money there when I arrive in BKK.. Is there any reason I might need access to the CU account when applying for the first one year extension? EDIT: this thread seems to have turned into banking advice
Am I correct that the 90-day Non-O does not require health insurance and that there will be no insurance requirement when getting the annual extensions going forward?
Day non-O visa. Arrived Dec 4, still haven’t been able to open a bank account. Been to immigration twice, about 10 different banks, some of them multiple times. The rules change in the same bank from one day to the next. Bangkok bank told me today I have to file for retirement in my country lol. Another said I must marry a Thai citizen. Another wanted that elusive retirement visa stamp in my passport. K Bank now wants a signed copy of the condo owners ID on top of the lease agreement. Didn’t want that yesterday. Another bank wanted me to pay insurance at 30k baht per year, every year 😂 another wanted proof of residency supplied by my embassy 😏
I’ve supplied passport, non-o visa stamp in passport and paper non-o visa, my Thai phone number tied to my passport, certificate of residency and signed lease agreement. So far no luck anywhere. Any suggestions for a sure fire bank in Bangkok that will accept just these documents? Because so far no bank wants my money.
I will not use an agent, please don’t suggest it. Thanks!
I have a question regarding entering Thailand with a 90-day Non-O visa.
1. When entering Thailand, does immigration stamp 90 days from the date of entry, or is the stay granted only until the visa validity date?
2. When completing the TDAC (arrival card), is it mandatory to provide a departure date if I hold a 90-day visa and do not yet have a confirmed return ticket?
