TLDR : Answer Summary
If you're in Thailand on a Non-O visa for over 50, you can extend your stay after the initial 90 days by either exiting the country and re-entering for another 30 days on a free stamp (which can then be extended for an additional 30 days), or by obtaining a tourist visa from a nearby Thai consulate for a 60-day stay. The only way for a long-term extension of your Non-O visa is by meeting specific criteria like being married to a Thai national or having Thai children, which allows for a year extension by depositing 800,000 baht in a Thai bank account.

which seems to back up my answer that NO extension other than the year is available 🙂

Unless you're married to a thai or have half thai children there are none.

That visa has ONE option for an extension and that's a year extension by banking 800K baht in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months before you apply

You could come in get the 90 day stamp, then either:

exit / re-enter on a free 30 day entry stamp (which you could extend one time for 30 days at the immigration office for 1900baht)

OR

exit and go to a thai consulate in a nearby country and buy a single entry tourist visa which would stamp you in for 60 days.

Those are your choices..
