Who has used the Washington D.C. embassy to apply for a 90-day Non-O in the last six months? Did the requirements include statements showing a $25k balance in your US bank account for the last 3 months?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent applicants for a 90-day Non-O visa at the Washington D.C. embassy have inquired about the requirement of showing a $25,000 bank balance over the last three months. One user mentioned that if they receive an invitation letter from the Board of Investment (BOI), this requirement may not apply. However, another user confirmed that they received an email from the embassy requesting the same bank balance documentation.

If you get an invitation letter from the BOI you shouldn’t need to show that. Not 100% because I done a wealthy pensioner visa via BOI.
