Is there any age limit for DTV visa? My friend is in his late fifties, works remotely and fits the criteria, but is afraid to apply for DTV thinking its only for young people

TLDR : Answer Summary
There is no upper age limit for obtaining a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand. Individuals in their 50s, 60s, and even 70s have successfully applied for this visa, demonstrating that it is suitable for any age group as long as the applicant meets the other eligibility criteria like remote work capability. While applicants must be at least 18 years old, there is no maximum age restriction. However, potential applicants may also consider alternative visa options, such as a retirement visa.

i know, but its connected with siam legal. I would atleast ask the embassy before application, since they do have requirements not mentioned in the official "flyer"
