As stated, you can get One 30 day extension of stay at your local Thai Immigration office for 1900 Thai baht.
Beyond that, you CANNOT use the NEW Evisa online application system for a Thai tourist visa as that's ONLY available in your home country.
You could APPLY for a Thai tourist visa in the Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia However you EXACTLY MUST meet their requirements for the Thai Tourist Visa.

and be AWARE that if you have a recent history of staying in Thailand during COVID-19 and afterwards, be prepared for questions by Thai Immigration Officers upon arrival into Thailand. IF that fits you , AVOID flying into Thailand. Had you obtained a METV multiple entry Tourist Visa when you were home in the UK, you could have been able to stay up to 9 months in Thailand with a few simple visits to neighbor SE Asian countries or land border bounces.Tom *******

we did think about the 90 day but didnโt really know what our travel plans would be to put in the application and we only wanted to spend around 6 months here to escape the Scottish weather and return for the warmer weather and biking season then come back November againRyan ********

You can enter Thailand Visa EXEMPT again and get a NEW 30 day STAMP Plus one 30 day extension of stay.
That can be done max of 2 land border bounce crossings and reenter EACH CALENDAR YEAR.

nope that will FAIL. You must prove flights โ๏ธ departing from the UK AFTER your Thai tourist visa is issued. So using a VPN will not work .Tom *******

we wil just do the 30 day on flight back then apply for another 30 day extension that should take us to around mid April when itโll be time to return to the uk for the spring/summer ,canโt really complain nearly ****
