I’m in Roi-et on a non-O (retirement), and plan to apply for an extension. I have the money in kasikorn bank, but the seasoning will be complete on Oct. 1 (some difficulties getting that set up)and my 90 days is up on the 12th. Does that give enough time for processing or will I have to leave the country for a time?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user currently holds a Non-O (retirement) visa and is seeking to extend it. They have funds in a Kasikorn bank account, which will meet the required seasoning on October 1, while their 90-day visa expires on October 12. Comments from the community indicate that they can apply for the extension anytime within the last 30 days of their current visa, and they should be able to process their extension at the Roi Et immigration office without needing to leave the country.

Sorry to jump in, I also do my yearly extensions at Roi Et Im. They are very easy and I am usually in and out under one hour. Its a very quiet office. You can apply 45 days before expiry date.
Definitely go to that office and get their hand out listing the requirements as far as documents, bank letter, statement, photo, map, lease, etc so you know what you need so that you can apply and get it done in one try.
This is a general list of what is required BUT it is not immigration office specific, that's why I said go get the hand out from your office 🙂
Well if your initial 90 day Non-O stamp is up on the 12th of Oct, and the seasoning of the funds (2 months before you apply) will be complete on the 1st you have more than enough time to apply for the year extension.
You can apply any time you have 30 days or less left on your stamp and meet the seasoning requirements.
Meaning any time from a month before your stamp runs out until the very day your stamp runs out..
