Ok will so if everything works out will have my non o retirement organized next June 2027..does it really matter if the 800000 is in scb but im still looking for a place and I am in hotels  when I apply for my year long visa application?

You won't be applying for any year long visa. You'll be applying for an extension. They are not the same.

Whether it's okay or not depends on your immigration office. Some require a lease as part of the extension application, and some do not.
