Is Wise (formerly TransferWise) a reliable service for transferring money to Thailand from Switzerland?

Yes but I am talking international transfer.

Switzerland to Thailand

I know my bank will only charge me about 2USD for any amount.

But I am not sure if Thai bank.

Bangkok Bank in my case will not take maybe 1%?

When I used to send like 8000b a month to Kasikorn I was told Kasikorn takes 250b out of it

Most banks in Switzerland will only charge 2 Chfr. for a transaction.

About the rate and how much procentage Thailand bank will charge I wonder.

Why worry about the thai side?

Because they refuse entrance sometimes

Cambodia side you don't have to worry.

You don't need anybody "fixing" anything for you. They will tell you how much you need to pay. Probably about 1500b if want to leave the same day.

It's the thai side you need to worry about.

It would be the swiss embassy for me. But going to BKK for this would be insane.Even if they would issue any paper
