Yes final price is always different then first advertised.

But they are most of the time still the cheapest.

And they have good customer service

 I am 46 and only have a smartphone. I don't really feel able to upload stuff on their page.

I went to a travel agency with visa service.

I am sure they have something simular in Australia

I paid about 100USD. Worth it imo to save the hassle
