Thanks.. but if amnesty technically runs out today (knowing the rumours of 3rd extension) I’m unsure what then applies.. got it extended by 3 month to December 26

if you are on Non-B you can’t a hospital to make extension. Just call Bumrungrad if you in doubt. In is a different thing for medical purpose

In Chang Wattana they are strict and have a doctor evaluating these extensions.. u need to admit to a hospital, take a picture with. Eg. Today’s Bangkok post with staff bed and room, and then send somebody to say you can’t leave. Sorry that’s how it is. Or you use an agent !

According to the Law they can’t (in theory) deny you a bank account, but they try not to.. follow tips where to go

The law is very clear. A foreigner have to be able to open a bank account. There are several cases where this is a requirement even to get a visa But practice is different ! Unfortunately
