Do a non-b multiple 90-day visa on amnesty need to do 90-day reporting. It’s unclear for me what happens after amnesty? Anyone know rules?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the requirements for 90-day reporting related to a Non-B visa that has entered an amnesty period. A user clarifies that a 90-day visa entry that goes to amnesty does not require 90-day reporting, and additional details about extensions and reporting obligations post-amnesty were shared.

So to recap,
you don't have a 90 day Non-B visa entry that went to amnesty (and in fact you're not on amnesty at all) :(
Instead you had a 90 day Non-B entry that probably went to amnesty and from which you got a 90 day medical extension of stay tacked on to that expires in Dec.
All you can do is check with your immigration office and see when your 90 day report would be due..
will do. Expect conflicting answers though .. but the 90-day is mostly for work permit holder I assume, and not for my cases.. but as I now apply for BoI (Smart S) I don’t want any issues that could block that ..
that 90 day extension based on medical reasons is for ANYONE who has a letter from a hospital/doctor, but you got your answer, good luck, take care

Thanks.. but if amnesty technically runs out today (knowing the rumours of 3rd extension) I’m unsure what then applies.. got it extended by 3 month to December 26

If you got an extension then you aren't even ON amnesty at all :/

and you got it extended by 3 months using what reason? When you got the extension you should have gotten a paper that stated when your first 90 day report was due.
then I would contact the immigration office that issued the extension to you because you WOULD indeed be required to do 90 day reporting from that extension

A year-long, multi-entry Non-B visa (which means you entered on a 90 day stamp that expired MONTHS ago) that went to amnesty does not do 90 day reporting..
