So I am eligible to report by post? Should I mail EMS 16 days before expiry date?

Thanks so much. Yes. I have taken trips every three months instead of reporting. I am on a yearly extension based on being over 50 and hold a multiple re-entry permit. I haven't ever reported in person.

I have an extension of stay for retirement with multiple entries. I've always done visa runs, so have never reported in person. My expiry date is May 7, so I can't report until at least April 23rd. Sorry I wasn't clear.

@Robert ******
I have a 1 year extension of stay for purposes of retirement with multiple entry. I just chose to make visa runs instead of report in person. Knowing that, can I report online or by post having not ever reported in person.
