What should I do if I'm having trouble completing my 90-day report online in Thailand?

I've been trying to do my 90 day report online today. It starts 15 days until due (January 4). I have had no problems the last 2 times using Chrome. I have turned off pop ups and language. All day I've been getting the "go to Immigration pop up". I've tried 4 browsers unsuccessfully. I've changed nothing from the last two times.

Any ideas?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties completing their 90-day report online, despite having successfully done so previously. They have tried multiple browsers and turned off pop-ups and language settings but are still encountering an error that prompts them to visit the immigration office. Comments suggest various solutions including trying different browsers, using the official IMM eService app, and following specific troubleshooting steps like ensuring correct data entry and disabling VPNs and auto-fill features. If issues persist, it is recommended to file the report in person.

I don't see the value of keeping this post open, honestly.

To file a 90 day report, you can use one of the following three programs:

Immigration web-portal [best option];

iPhone eServices application;

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

My opinion: You can keep on trying, or just file it in person at immigration. Good luck.

That said lots of reports from people saying the app won’t work for them. If you can’t get either to work then it’s by post or in person I’m afraid.

Sadly all you can do is keep trying it, we are seeing a LOT of people not able to get the online program to work correctly and there is no rhyme or reason why
