Can I do a 90 day report online or by post if I haven’t ever reported in person? I have always done visa runs.

Also can you do an in person 90 day report at CW, or do they only do them at their satellite at Impact?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the possibility of completing a 90-day report online or by post, given their history of visa runs instead of reporting in person. They also seek clarification on whether they can carry out an in-person 90-day report at the Central West (CW) office or if this is only possible at the Impact satellite office.

You do 90 day reports if you have an Extension of Stay or a visa that allows you to be inside Thailand for 1 year. If you have to make border runs every 90 days you can not make 90 day reports in stead

I have a 1 year extension of stay for purposes of retirement with multiple entry. I just chose to make visa runs instead of report in person. Knowing that, can I report online or by post having not ever reported in person.
