Why can't I upload my vaccine record QR code for my Thaipass application?

One would think they want the visitors and returnees - logic would tell you they would fix ThailandPas website to work properly using global acceptable standards and stop this insane confusion for people wanting to come. Just boggles the mind. It was easier using COE earlier this year. They could have converted a working system.
