Asia Hotel or Evergreen behind the Asia, super convenient for the BTS. The AsiaHotel u just walk in from the BTS. Great if caught in a heavy downpour, I think it’s a covered walkway

Ask the hospital to arrange an extension at the immigration. 5 years ago my late husband was in Bangkok hospital for 2 months and an extension was arranged. Obviously, a letter from the hospital was needed.
