First, I really appreciate this group! I'm sorry I have posted so many questions latelyπ€¦ββοΈ but we really appreciate all of the valuable advice! π
I'll be applying for a tourist visa here at my Consulate and change to non B on arrival. I've been told I need to show exit travel. Other than airfare, does immigration generally accept bus train tickets to the border as proof of departure?
Also, any recommendations on health and car insurance would be great appreciated! π Many, many thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses applying for a tourist visa in Thailand and the requirement to show proof of departure, specifically questioning whether transit tickets like bus or train tickets are accepted. Comments suggest that an airline ticket is typically necessary for immigration, although some recommend using 'dummy tickets' as a workaround. The user also seeks recommendations for health and car insurance.
From reading, you can have any type of ticket pre booked to leave Thailand.

Im in this same boat and headed to Thailand on Tuesday. I booked a cheap ticket out of Thailand to Cambodia on May 22nd to show immigration so it looks like I'm moving on. I am hoping that will be good as it is an air ticket out. There are really cheap tickets to Cambodia.
