 I have now the stamp until 21.4. and flight out on 17.6. so I only need 60 days more. Does the 60 days start from the old stamp or on the day I go to immigration?

 what is JUSMAG-THAI? That document hasn't even mention words fit to fly. Covid-test has to be PCR-RT. And those are two separate documents.
