Tod do you know if I have to do the one year extension of my current visa before August 10 ? From what I have read it can take a couple of weeks for approval because they have to send it to Bangkok for approval so I would probably have to start the process last week of July. I can make the money get here anytime but the exchange rate is on the rise. I would have to bring the money here last week of May for the two month requirement
I plan on living in Thailand my Thai wife and I are building a house. I am going to extend this visa for one year at a time because the requirements seem to be a lot less than a retirement visa. I just am not sure if I will have the required money in the Thai bank in time for the required two months to apply for the one year extension so an extra 90 days would be nice
