Here’s something I found for you, Amine. I’m assuming you are traveling on an Algerian passport. Please, double check online, but it looks like you can get a 90 day tourist visa on arrival.

I just applied for that visa here in the US at the Los Angeles Thai Consulate. Hope they offer a refund if you’re right…

The non O multiple entry visa, although a little pricey, is probably the most trouble free option.

They do, along with ASQ. My wife called the consulate and was told, “just put the name of any hotel”. The rules and requirements seem to be ephemeral.
