My mother in law owns the house I live in. I'm trying to fill out the TM30 in her name, so I don't have to go to immigration after going out of town. It seems this last section won't take any characters entered (Thai, Roman, numbers). Anyone had this problem? Any solution, if so?

Found the (ridiculously strange) solution. I clicked the English button and then clicked back to the Thai button. That made it auto-fill the section.
