“…and everything else.”

Our family’s 1960s shop house in Bangkok is being torn down. I found this carved stone there. Any idea what it might be? Chinese motif.

I have sent s picture to professor Lara Croft she has indicated it’s not a relic from any of the tombs she has raided

However Rick o’connel specializes in Egypt and mummies is interested and Benjamin Franklin is not interested in a national treasure type way

Good luck with your search

Ancient Mayan from Mexico’s Yukatán Peninsula. How it got to Thailand is anybody’s guess. Maybe a rich Thai was a collector of antiquities from other places in the world.

True or not, it would be a cool feature to incorporate it somewhere into the new build or renovation.

It’s heavy but, we are moving it to the garden of our new house. In the meantime, I am trying to identify it in case it has some historical value.
