Mike Kruse... it might help others here if you for once mentioned what office all of this is referring to since all offices seems to operate differently on some rules. After reading through this tread I scrolled looking for the original thread and after reading though it there was no mention there either.

There was an office on the other end of the same floor where they get the passports that used to do some kind of authenticate services. It was still there the beginning of March. I use that MRT stations sometimes and have seen the office and have also read of someone getting some kind of authenticate service for marriage papers in the past.

US Embassy $50 but get it that day, Immigration office can take up to three weeks to get by mail but you pay only 200 baht in Bangkok.

If you have done a 90 report in Bangkok then you can get one at the Immigration office. If not you have to get it from your Embassy.

Where are you? No one can give you the correct information until you say where you are located.

Just go back to the Immigration 90-day Reporting Menu, where you can Check the Status of your application. Enter your report transaction number or click the Passport tab and identify yourself that way. A line item should appear with your information. Scroll down to the very bottom of these details to see the tab that enables you to finally PRINT your Next Appointment. Keep this printed receipt clipped inside your passport until the next time that you need go through this same process again -- 90 days later.

Did you get a receipt for the ฿2,000? Typically Chaengwattana is good about giving them. If not it might be hard to recover if indeed you aren't using working days and it was only 5 days past the due date.
