Bangkok Chaengwattana Immigration Division 1 question. I would like to know if anyone has successfully filed a TM.28 Change of Address form by mail with their TM.47 90 report form that was accepted by the office. In the next couple of months I am likely to change from the seventh to the eleventh floor in my same apartment building changing the address slightly. If I could save a trip to Chaengwattana it would be nice. (wishful thinking).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is inquiring about the feasibility of submitting a TM.28 Change of Address form by mail along with their TM.47 90 report form to the Bangkok Chaengwattana Immigration Division 1. They anticipate a change of address within the same apartment building and are seeking to avoid an in-person visit. A comment indicates someone has attempted this process recently, expressing uncertainty about the outcome.

I have just done exactly that. Don't what response I will get though, as I only sent them yesterday. Tod Daniels seemed to think it would be ok.
